ISODP2025 will be on-site conference. No live nor video streaming would be available.
All the participants are required to register online.

Registration fees

*Scientific program booklet and abstracts can be downloaded via our official website. Password for abstract viewing will be included in the confirmation email message.

Pre-Congress Workshops (8:00-12:00, December 3):  15,000 JPY (100 USD)

  1. Current Status and Perspective of Tissue Banking and Transplantation (Capacity 150 ps)
  2. Deceased Donation Research Ethics (Capacity 130 ps)
  3. Taking Asian Donation to the Next Level (Capacity 130 ps)

Congress Dinner (19:00-, December 4@Restaurant “Ganko Mansion House: Takasegawa Nijoen”):

15,000 JPY (100 USD/Capacity 350 ps)

*Students, fellows and trainees are requested to send their ID cards to prove their identities to registeration@isodp2025.jp.

How to register

①Please click “REGISTER” and fill out the form.

②Please pay the registration fee of your registration category by credit card.

③Confirmation email message which includes the log-in information for your MY PAGE FOR REGISTRATION will be received. Please be sure to check the message delivered.

*In case no delivery, please check your junk folder and contact the Congress Secretariat to confirm if your registration completed.

④In your MY PAGE FOR REGISTRATION, you can:

  1. check and change your personal data.
  2. change your log-in password for your MY PAGE FOR REGISTRATION.
  3. issue the receipt of your registration fee(s). *Available only before January 15, 2026 (JST).
  4. book the Pre-Congress Workshops and Congress Dinner.
  5. get your name tag. *It will be displayed a week before the Congress.
  6. issue the Certificate of Participation. *Available from December 3, 2025 till January 15, 2026 (JST).

*Registration cannot be cancelled. Remitted fees cannot be reimbursed.

How to participate

Your name tag will be displayed in your MY PAGE FOR REGISTRATION a week before the Congress.  Please print it out and bring it with you to the Congress.  Name tag holders will be prepared on site.  Please be sure to wear your name tag during the Congress.
